How to buy O'Reilly print + e-book combos in the UK
If you like books from O'Reilly then you might have noticed that in the US you can buy a book + e-book combo, but in the UK you can only buy the book.
O'Reilly tells me that this situation will change sometime soon, but there is a workaround. You can buy the UK book and when you receive it you can register the book with O'Reilly and then you can upgrade your book and get the e-book version.
